Mar de Margaritas: the womenswear project where Belén Rodríguez opens the doors of her heart to a world of sweet memories and timeless style.

"I don't forget anything, I take it all in me, like a real and personal film. The last few kilometers I'm wondering are about wearing your clothes right on a sea of margaritas."

These words of love, which inspired the project, are taken from a song composed by Gustavo Rodriguez during one of his business trips to Argentina. Dedicated to his wife Veronica, they create a world of emotions and memories that still accompanies the family today; Belen, Cecilia and Jeremias grew up and were nourished by this indissoluble bond and the intrinsic need to create.

Mar de Margaritas finds its origins in small things: affectionate gestures, kind images, the daisies drawn on the apron that Veronica wore around the house, waiting to reunite the family. An image of everyday beauty that inspired Gustavo's song, and today Belén in the creation of the brand.

The Mar de Margaritas collection is made up of dresses, skirts and blouses created to give the women of our time the chance to dream and be themselves, freely. The garments were conceived and designed with the intention of adapting to every type of body, every curve, every woman; they do not limit the body, making it free to move, to assert itself, to love itself.

The protagonists are the floral prints, a variation of the daisies that populate the sweet memories of the Rodriguez family, merging with a creative vision that celebrates and finds a correspondence in the image of a current (and floral) femininity: strong and delicate, varied and beautiful in all its forms.

Mar de Margaritas communicates the need to return to embracing love, it is an invitation to rediscover dream and sensitivity in a romantic style, with a Provençal and slightly bohemian soul, which is expressed in the precise and conscious choice of models , colors and prints.

For the realization of the project, the now consolidated partnership with the Dream Project company continues, an established reality in the fashion world with which Belén and her brothers already collaborate for the HINNOMINATE project. The creative direction of Mar de Margaritas has been entrusted to Fabio Castelli, who has collaborated with Belén for years, creating a synergy and working understanding that has always been synonymous with success.
